One of our biggest fundraisers of the year is upon us. Stadium Flowers provides gorgeous, high quality fresh holiday decorations for us to sell with a large percentage of sales returning directly to the school. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit we rely on fundraising to keep our program strong and healthy. This money helps fund scholarships, excursions/incursion, school events, outreach events, and our preschool program reserves.

Spring Auction, March 21st-24th, 2024
Our annual online Spring Auction is a long-standing school tradition. It is our largest fundraiser in terms of financial return. It is a fun event with a lot of great items to bid on. Members are encouraged to donate items such as event tickets, new housewares, gift baskets, services (house cleaning, cooking, photography, or lessons), unused gift cards, games, toys, or anything you would want to bid on in an Auction. We encourage you ask your friends, neighbors, family, coworkers, and employers to donate and bid on the items and support our community!
MOD Pizza Fundraisers
On the day of the fundraiser, customers must present a printed or digital version of the flyer to the cashier for BFCP to receive 20% of participating Takeout, Delivery & Pick up orders! Please share the flyer with your friends, neighbors, and families. This event is only at the Canyon Park location (MOD Pizza, 22833 Bothell-Everett Highway), and this promotion is eligible all day!

Fred Meyer
Go to fredmeyer.com/communityrewards, link your Fred Meyer Rewards card, and choose to support “Bothell Family Cooperative Preschool”.
You will still earn your normal rewards, and BFCP will receive a small donation every time you shop!Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Corporate Donation Matching
BFCP is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Double your donation by asking your HR representative if your employer offers a donation matching program. We will supply you and your employer with a charitable donation receipt and any materials they require to match your donation. Some companies will also donate when their employee spend time volunteering for a non-profit organization. The time would have to be above the required amount of time for your position in the school. For example, if you worked an extra day or attended more work parties than required.

Supporters of BFCP can now donate to our school at any time! We have added a “Donate” button at the bottom of our website https://www.bothellfamilycoop.org/, next to the “Members” button. This button directs users to a dedicated PayPal donation page. Users can pay with their own PayPal account or with a Debit or Credit Card. Please share with family and friends who may want to support our school!
About Fundraising
Why do we fundraise?
At BFCP we believe that quality education should be affordable and accessible to all families. Fundraising provides money for scholarships, field trips, circle time speakers, and program reserves. Program reserves ensure that the preschool can pay for unexpected expenses, such as a new dishwasher or a new roof. Fundraising is vital to our school and covers approximately 10% of our annual budget. Fundraising is critical for our school to meet the needs of our members!
What is my fundraising commitment?
While there is no required commitment, the minimum recommended level of participation for each family is $80/year. We have an overall annual Fundraising goal of $10,000.
